If your man does any of the following:
Hits you
Verbally abuses you
Leaves you with no money
Hurts animals
Has a serious drug problem
Cheats on you
Abuses your children
Separates you from family & friends
Leave immediately. Go get on welfare and apply for HUD or government housing.
All of these are signs of a sociopath.
It will escalate and only get worse.
Leave. Now. No excuses!

/ June 8, 2012Only ones that I have seen, not necessarily been involved with. My schoolfriend from year dot (age four actually) became a serious gambler, stealing from his father’s firm to fund his addiction. It really hurt because he was a nice lad, always polite to me, my parents, and it was totally out of control. This wasn’t a weekly lottery ticket.
Everything in moderation huh? Hard to know when you, or anyone else has crossed that line. Your list is pretty black and white and I would certainly agree with all those. Mine are the greyer issues.

/ June 8, 2012I see everything in black and white. It is always yes or no with me. Guess that must be why people think I am too aggressive. Sometimes, I wish I could see things in the grey, like you do. Life would perhaps be easier!
Guess I see people based on actions and not their personality. My current husband is so wonderful, no man measures up. He is a jem.
Sounds like you are so much more relaxed, wish I could be that way sometimes!
