E-mails: Information Overload?

  1. Please note that I receive an overload of many e-mails in one day (not bragging) just the truth.
  2. Time restraints: Unable to keep up with this flow of e-mails that are personal, professional, and website related.
  3. Website, Facebook and Tumblr, are quite the job, so have not opened my e-mail because it is overwhelming.

The e-mails – I take one look and have to close it down, because information overload and limits writing/commenting time.

Many bloggers asking why I am not responding to e-mails, please note it is due to the following reasons:

  • not a personal reason
  • have not responded to personal e-mails, even from people in my personal life
  • due to time restraints
  • never liked e-mail (don’t know why)
  • just way too many e-mails and I mean hundreds, not possible to respond

If you wish to contact me in private, please message me on Facebook.  This website is on Facebook, and is public under “Liz Fruitberry.”  Plug-in to Facebook, from the Gravatar profile.

Thank you, and appreciate your e-mails, as I know you took much time to write them.

  1. I only get emails off fb when I haven’t been on for ages and my notifications have stacked up (not sure how I did it – settings maybe?) and I’ve disabled as many things as I know how on wordpress. Also, I have three email accounts (not counting fb) one for personal, one for uni and one to dump all the useless emails for amazon etc :D I say back to letters :D lol

    • oh, letters would be so nice to receive once in while, and have no clue how you keep up with (3) e-mail accounts. The notifications on FB do not bother me, as they are easily read quickly.

Notifications here on WP, can be quite lengthy at times, but I don’t mind as they too can be quickly read and responded to, majority of the time.

Like KizzyLee stated in a blog post, I call WordPress “home.”
      :)
