Leaders vs. Followers

Question for discussion A: Why are the pharmaceutical companies trying to neutralize the “leaders” or “warriors” of society?

Question for discussion B: Children and teens (naturally aggressive) are being “doped” up in the United States on Ritalin and Adderal. Why?

“The Warrior Gene” determines if a person will be a leader or a follower. The pharmaceutical companies are prescribing anti-aggression drugs to children, teens, and adults in America who carry the warrior gene. You also might want to take a look at the stats and sources at the bottom of this post, the number of children on prescription drugs in America is crazy.

Leadership requires the mastered skills of hard work, aggression, conflict resolution, energy, and common sense. Many people who are born with the “Warrior Gene” are taking antidepressants, Ritalin or Adderal to calm their aggressive personality. The personality they were born with, this aggression is what gives the person the natural abilities of a “warrior” and a great leader. I have never heard of a single historical figure that did not have some type of leadership skills, and aggression needed to be successful.

The “warrior gene” naturally enhances aggressive behavior and decision-making skills. The gene allows a person to make snap decisions, think in stressful situations, and lead others without hesitation. The gene has been the subject of much controversy. People who have this gene have no easy lifestyle it seems, and have a high conflict rate in their life. The “warriors” are more likely to be prescribed drugs in the United States to inhibit their “warrior” nature.

Society needs Warriors. The warrior or the aggressors are an important part of any society. The prescription drugs are impairing the natural-born leadership skills of people who carry the warrior gene, people who would have grown up to be a major asset to society.

For example: person with the “warrior” gene would most likely become the CEO of a large company, as they are born with a natural talent to lead people. These people often have strength, courage, confidence, and natural-born charisma.

No More “Fluff” Writing

I noticed that my blog has lost it’s luster lately. I began this blog to write about the things I am passionate about, such as:

  • People
  • Love
  • Parenting
  • Politics
  • American history
  • World history
  • Learning
  • Helping others (giving unwanted advice)
  • Work
  • Life
  • Rants (to help me vent)
  • American culture
  • Learning about other cultures

Lately, I have written for my audience instead of myself.

I am going to go back to the original point of this blog. My readers will see very opinionated posts.

So, no more fluff.

Eccentric will be passionate and opinionated posts from this point forward.

Suburbitches

Suburbitch:
•Bitch that lives in the suburbs
•Pretend to be wealthy (far from it)
•Snobby
•Bitchy
•Expect kids to be perfect
•Gossip
•Reputation is everything to them
•Can be male or female

The reality is a suburbitch’s child will most likely end up in therapy. I can imagination the therapist saying, “it’s ok, not to be perfect.”

Great parents do not sweat the small stuff. A suburbitch gets angry when their children break something by accident. Does that really matter? Thus the new word I made up, “suburbitch.”

A suburbitch freaks out if their child comes home with a grade lower than a “B.” In the big picture of life, is it worth getting angry if a child gets a “C?” The child has to make perfect grades, look perfect, act perfect, and do great in sports. It is an enormous amount of pressure.

Suburbitches also have their children in extracurricular activities six days a week! Where is the childhood fun in that?

Why are suburbitches adopting the new “my child must play every sport and every instrument – and be perfect” parenting style?

The kids hate it. Hey suburbitches, how about you let your kid be a kid, and have some fun? Stop putting enormous pressure on them.

Childhood is supposed to be fun!

Do you think the above parenting style is odd or normal?

Do you like the word I made up?

I wonder if suburbitch will end up in Webster’s Dictionary?

American Dining: Refund Please?

Went out to eat the other night. I have no idea why, I guess out of boredom. The food was mediocre as expected, but then another controversy arose at the restaurant.

Babies crying!

The parents did not even take the babies to the restroom to try to calm them. There were several babies crying so loud, that we could not have any dinner conversation.

So, instead of a relaxing dinner, I ended up with a migraine headache.

I never took my child to restaurants or the movies as a baby. I did not want to disturb others out of respect.

Why do people take babies to the movies and restaurants?

I should have demanded a refund.

Perhaps if anyone could explain the answer to me, then I could understand the logic.

I never thought to myself when my child was 6 months old, “let’s take the baby out to dinner and a movie.” The thought never crossed my mind. I knew a six month old could cry at any moment.

I am asking, why?

Useless Fact #12

Is you child being bullied at school? Tell them to act all crazy and give the bully “crazy eyes.”People do not mess with others who are just plain nuts.

Same goes for adults who get in sticky, unsafe situations. Act all “crazy.” Whomever is bothering you will run. Throw a temper tantrum like a 2 year old. The other person will think, ” I am not messing with them, they are nuts.”

It’s true.

Useless Fact #8

Are you worried about your teenager getting pregnant or having sex? Show him/her real pictures of people with sexually transmitted diseases. You can print actual photos from the Internet.

Problem solved.

A real picture of a person with Herpes will solve teenage lust in about 2 seconds.

Useless Fact #18

Are your children overweight? Do not take them with you to the grocery store. Why? They beg for unhealthy snacks, and you purchase the snacks.

It is your fault, unless they have a health issue that is making the child gain weight.

It’s true.
